RENTALS ARE BY CALENDAR DAYS

Each reservation is good for two calendar days allowing clients flexibility in their planning. 

Example: Renting on 1/1/25 @8am - 1/2/25 @5pm = 1 Rental fee

If you have an early event then you may choose to pick up your products on the day before your event so you can set up with ease the next day and return them after the event by the contracted time. 

Late night event organizers may want to pick up their products the same day as their event and return with ease the next day by the contracted time.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Rental Fees are subject to tax and all rentals require a deposit to secure. The deposit will be refunded once all items are returned and verified to be in original condition.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Reservations are eligible for a full refund when canceled more than 30 days prior to the contracted date.

Reservations canceled 30 days or less days prior to the contracted date are eligible for a 50% refund. 

Cancelling less than 14 days prior to the contracted date are not eligible for any refund.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery or pick up.  You will need to plan & secure your own arrangements for picking up and returning the products as contracted
